Industry Efficiency and Sustainability (IES)

SAFTII identified a number of challenges that affect the sustainability and efficient growth of businesses in the industry. The challenges include skills shortage, employee absenteeism, lack of access to quality stock and tools, and industry reputation crisis. As a result, we developed the following solutions. Emergency assist (employee, product and service), skilled designer assist, and trainings on granite polishing and cutting, consumer assurance, national network assist, consumer resolution emergency fund, business promotion assist, quality and consumer assurance, and dispute resolution.

We assist with establishment of partnership with trusted suppliers in the industry in order to assist industry players to eliminate inefficiencies in their operations. These include granite stock supplies, tools, coffins, funeral fleet, and equipment.
